I am a sophomore at Old Dominion University. I am a Human Services major, with a minor in Community Health. I was originally a nursing major, but I realized that I was more interested in being a Social Worker for the elderly instead of nursing the elderly back to Health. I ended up switching my major at the being of the spring semester my freshman year. I didn’t add a minor until early in the spring semester of my Sophomore year, I added community health as a minor because ODU did not have a gerontology minor, but they had the courses for the minor under the community health minor.

I created this blog for my Digital Writing class that I decided to take to satisfy my general education Impact of Technology requirement. This blog was designed to give us experience in writing digitally by teaching us how to create a website and design a blog. I was able to learn how to customize my own page so that it fits my personality. This blog contains everything from movie reviews, a how to guide, and an interview with a digital writer that helped me learn more about what a digital writer does. This guide also contains writings  that pertain to the ODU campus.
